Description
Koan as she appeared in the Black Moon arc of the manga, Sailor Moon R, and the second season of Sailor Moon Crystal.This one was the hardest of the Spectre Sisters because I needed to use SailorMillenium hair base for this, and I had to fill in the blank spaces. Also, there are the lines on the body suit.
