FINALLY I KNOW HOW TO MAKE BASES IN WINDOWS 7 PAINTThat was a pain in the *ss to find out...i want my old paint back
Well here you go! I found out that there weren't to many bases of pokemon and their trainers on Deviant art and i wanted some for my own pokemons

You could try using Photoshop, or Paint Tool Sai. I use Photoshop myself, and I hear Sai is really good.
Also, the left calf (lower leg) looks a little deformed, there's an odd bulge sticking out on the inner portion, beside the tail.

It's better to save bases as PNG instead of JPEG, if the file is JPEG then no one can use your base. ^^
