Those chibis keep coming! XDThis time it's Ida, =Parastorm 's oc. As she is a pokémon OC (and was one of the 3 chibis I drew first from the bunch, reason why she has a speech balloon), the road she is on is one of the many roads there is that leads to one of the many towns...use your imagination... (and no, I didn't just copy the bg of that contest entry...they just ended up looking the same...this was the idea I had for the bg of this chibi ages ago so...yeah).

Also, to answer the question of where her Pokeballs are, they're attached to the upper portions of the two belts, which are hidden by her shirt.
