This is Ilia from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I tried to draw most of her outfit details ^^ She is holding the "Horse Call" also known as "Ilia's Charm". It's a flute Ilia made for Link as a gift so I thought...why not?Ugh...I wish you could see the original...it's so much better!
