What this means is answered in detail here:  Frequently Asked Questionsthere are many similiar questions that i answer everyday. i doubt everybody is reading this, but for those who want to know something specific, have a look!

no rules for any creative usage, non-commercial or commercial, use them however/whereever you want. This doesn't include using/uploading/selling my textures as they are or claiming ownership, I still made them.
2. your texture packs, are that just the single textures wrapped in a pack?
nope.
3. do you have more accounts? you just make silly textures? XD
yes i have some more accounts, around 5 on deviantart. Right now these Accounts are sleeping though.

nope, not right now.
