I made an account just to say that this is a totally cool texture, and I use it a lot. Thanks for this. If you don't mind me asking, how did you make this? Was it procedurally generated, or did you take a picture of a very big wall?
Also, I used this for my album cover for my next album, if you don't mind. Sorry.

its a combination of different walls. i'm not too proud on this one, there are many parts that i'd like to fix. but it's rich in details and almost plain. i work much with contrasts, color changes, layer blendings. its almost never just one wall (there are exceptions) that i use as a texture. the upper and lower part are from the same set of walls. as you can see in the texture 222 tut, i use many shots as i see them fit.
