Well, Sabo is alive for sure, and since his most precious treasure, like he wrote in his letter to Ace and Luffy as a child, is his bond with them, I can't believe that he didn't move a finger to try and save Ace.

Furthermore, in the chapter where Whitebeard dies ( ), if you see a panel in the six page (or around there), you will see that someone put a blanket or cape over Ace's back. The person doing so is off panel, you can barely see his/her arms, but I thing he/she must be a marine, or someone in marine disguise, since there are only marines around there, in that moment.
Now, when you cover a dead people you usually do out of respect, but why a random marine should do that, in the middle of the battle between Whitebeard and Blackbeard, not the less?
So, I thought that maybe the one covering Ace's back could be someone sent by Sabo or Sabo himself, and that they needed to cover Ace's wound since, even if he did die (like his vivre card made everything believe), someone among the Revolutionaries could have eaten a Devil Fruit that let him/her to revert time, for an object or even living creature, to few minutes back.
This way, Ace would have be revived, in a way, but if the wound on his back disappeared, people would have noticed of course. Furthermore, they needed to give him a shot of some substance to put him into a false death status, so that Shanks could retrieve his body later (I also believe that Shanks is at least an alley of Dragon, if not a Revolutionary himself, and maybe Law too).

Another strange things is that Rayleigh only commented (while crying), Whitebeard's death, and that's weird since Ace was the son of his captain and, probably, best friend, so he should have been sad for him, too. I think there was a big plan to save Ace (remember Shanks going as far as asking Whitebeard to stop him), and, when they understood they couldn't stop him searching for Blackbeard, to make the world, Luffy included, believe that he was dead. What better way to protect someone, than feigning their death, after all?

Very convincing, indeed, but there is no proof yet that Sabo is alive, although it is highly possible. I actually kind of hoped for the time-reverse concept as well, and the bit with Rayleigh is truly spot on. I sincerely hope you're right! Actually, I even think that Sabo is a Revolutionary, and works together with dragon to protect Luffy and the others who oppose the World Government.

I believe that Sabo is alive and that he is a Revolutionary, sorry for forgetting to mention it in my previous reply.

I can't believe that Dragon just saved a random person, in that scene in the flashback... and if you think about it, Sabo was born to be a revolutionary, since he, as a noble, would know better than anyone else how corrupted and evil that part of society has become.

Lol, I can't really know which volume or chappie is that, because I watch the anime. Plus, I'm a rookie - I started watching only a month and a half ago and I'm on ep 200. But spoilers just flew out of everywhere ;_;
