They are free to use,
BUT,
There is always a but.

You must give me credit.
You must give credit to whom I give credit also.
You must not use my stock to produce anything,
That Is,
fetish, hate, morbid, profane or pornographic.
Or your own stock.
You must show me or let me know what you have done,
with my stock.
You must allow me to download your work.
So that I may submit your wonderful work of art,
anywhere,
and give you credit,
for the beauty that you have created.
