Well, in 3D there's quite a big problem: the gravity effect of the hair.
A damsel hanging upside down with her hair pointing up would look quite weird, don't you agree?

Awwwww c'mon ... not only she is dressed totally different, also the bondage is all wrong ... no ropes on the thighs, the big toes are tied differently, no ropes on the elbows ... I mean, not even the shoes are posed in the same way ...
