So, Today I was looking after good heraldry images, and found the and thing of sashes. I think this is interesting. Okay, I don't think a very elaborate design is needed 100% of the times. I've tried myself this, for Brazilian Empire and Monarchists, and another for Brazil itself: sirjohnrafael.deviantart.com/a…

Now to explain, by SoaringAven (hope he don't mind I'm using his text):

I am sure many of you have played Age of Empires or The Settlers or some similar strategy game. Well, you will notice that each side or faction has a colour of their own. Well, I thought to myself, what if that happened in this world? If we all wore something to distinguish ourselves according to our country? Well, we couldn't all wear the same colour since A. there aren't enough of them and B. fashion and colour combination would go to hell So we came up with this sash idea. A sash with a unified design in every country strewn with national symbols and such.

This one have the colors of imperial cockade (green, yellow, green) with the charge of imperial arms (an armillary sphere crossed by a Cross of Order of Christ and circled by a orle azure charged 20 stars argent),and below it, the national motto Independência ou Morte (Independence or Death)
