Here my custom Lego Darth Jar Jar. If you want to Know how to make these your obviously going to need to start with Jar jar binks minifigure for the head, for the torso's i gave Jar Jar the Ringwraith's torso from Lord of the Rings (the Ringwraith's are in the set Attack on Weathertop), then for the Legs give Jar Jar the Darth Maul legs from the Duel on Naboo set, the cape is also from the Ringwraith.
