Yesterday.... 8.9.2017 my grandpa was laid to rest. I have been doing this piece on and off... trying to make it the best way i can. I didn't sleep a lot last night when I was still in grandma's place, I just came home actually... I am very tired.

I wanted to do a piece to my grandpa that included a moose. He was very, very good hunter and started hunting at very young age, and moose were the usual prey. One thing I thought about doing was forests and all that since he was also, so to say, child of the forest. He kept forests and took care of them. But... I wanted to take more ethereal take on this one. Eventually I am going to do this same piece with oil colors and possibly give it to my grandma... I am still proud of this one. I hope it did justice to my dear grandpa.
