I don't know why people dislike Katherine, she is well grounded, down-to-earth and kind at heart, though a little bit cold, but not a bad person. And anyone would be upset and cold towards a lover that cheated on you. Though, she lied a little bit when she said she was pregnant and didn't tell that to Vincent right away when she found out she wasn't, it was her way of seeing if Vincent was truly committed to her. She isn't a perfect person, she is a normal human, but on the other hand, Catherine IS perfect, she represents EVERYTHING Vincent wants in a woman. Though, Catherine isn't truly evil, a little quirky and a little crazy sometimes, she has her own faults, but still manages to reflect that of "perfection". Both C/Katherine are great characters, with their own faults and their own beauties.
But yeah, about the picture, Beautiful work~ I can actually see them..you know, getting it on lol It's kinda like Ying and Yang. I think they'd make a hot yuri couple ahahah I wish they had an ending with Catherine x Katherine

this is a little exagerrated but yes katherine can fall in love with catherine if you basiccaly fuck up all chances to both renew vincent's prior relationship with katherine and his new relationship with catherine but you fully complete all of the nightmare sequences and unlock the door during that cutscene. personally getting through all nightmare sequences is fucking hell in a hand basket so just look it up.

... I guess it's from the supper hidden ending. I'm actually surprised that, that wasn't one of the endings. I don't know I never played the game (I don't own a X-Box 360 or PS3) But I seen a playthrough of it, and the dead body at the beginning freaked me the fuck out (and no I'm not gonna search for it, I don't wanna see it again.)
