Replaced the moon and the stars with candles...Inspired from the song Lady Madeline In Her Coffin by I Am Ghost, I finally manage to update my gallery for 2006. I don't really have a lot to say about the piece itself other than I subconciously drew Madeline in a Burton-esque style and it was my first time playing around in Photoshop. I'm satisfied with the end product though.
But now I'm going to spread my love for I Am Ghost. For those of you who are fans of AFI's recent stuff and My Chemical Romance, I highly encourage you to take a listen to these guys. They're nothing like I haven't heard before, quite impossible to label into one music genre and you'd have to compare them as a mesh of different sounds. I think they're awesome. Not to mention they're really intimate with their fans. I had the pleasure of seeing these guys play live as an opening for Tiger Army last week and they just blew me away. Definetly on the top when it comes to favorite bands of mine.
Did I mention the lead singer, Steve Juliano, smells good?
