nice picture, i agree with comics club dude about the fingers, that's toxin's main weapon thing that separates him from venom and carnage, his claws are fucking huge, also try and make his upper body more muscular than his lower, generally that's how he's shown in the comic when he's all big bulgy

mmmk. unfortunately, the comic shop didnt hjave any Toxin in stock, i did see a few glimpses of him in the carnage venom trade book, but not much to give you too in depth of a crit.
1.) I dont think his eye goes out of his head
(above it like that) but I get the feeling that you knew that, and thats just kind of your own personal style and take on the character. The face itself is highly stylized, but I think you have a strong working similarities there. I think the main thing I would do is give the head a slight turn to make it pop. You almost never see someone whose head is completely profile, especially when their body is not.
2.) Work on getting more razor into his claws/fingers, get some sharp crisp lines that scream SHARP! right now I only see one of the claws that even comes close to doing that.
3.) the tendrils, most of the images of toxin i can pull off has teh very noticeable tendrils around his waist (that you included) but try to be more 'organic' and 'natural' with them, give them a nice flow. (tentacles and tendrils coming off realistically are a bitch. I personally cant do it all that well, so i cant really help you figure out how)
beyond those, you see to always see stringlets and strands of his costume to be stretching across him or whipping off, so id suggest finding a happy medium and add some more 'goo' but try not to over do it.
4.) Other than that, the main thing you should focus on (so should I lol) is learning to draw anatomy correctly. On penciljack.com (a great site to use if your really serious about getting better, a community of artists (some of them phenomenal and professional) who critique each others are and help them improve) most of the time people suggest you work some musculature from real life sources rather than learning from 'stylized mistakes' of comic artists. After you understand the structure itself, then your style can modify from it, but still look closer to realistic. Work from how to muscle art books, or even just use muscle/fitness magazines for reference.
Alot of toxin seems to drastically held by artistic liscence, rarelyd o i find a picture of him where he has the same features. This can obviously be described as the amorphous nature of his symbiote, so feel free to try to find your own stylized take on the character.
