Damn. I just finished a concept of mine with a character who has a lot of similar things as in this picture, so I'll look like a copycat if I release it anytime in the next month.
My character too has a prosthetic arm, cybernetic eyes, short dark red hair, thigh holster, knee pads and she holds a pistol with the barrel up like in your picture.
