he is just 100% absolutely breathtaking.
This photo especially, I love how his eyes just pop.

Is he supposed to be a legitimate skeleton or just a person with elaborate tattoo work?

Thanks!  The idea was  for him to be a person with tattoo work a la Rick Genest style, but the face up was also only supposed to be a temporary one for Halloween last year and I just haven't had the heart to get rid of it. The only thing I really know about his character atm is that if he sticks around it will likely be as part of a post apocalyptic storyline.
