Probably it wasn't very smart to ask a decapitated ghost questions about his separated body parts x)

Also I was asked if he actually can do this, so here the answer: yes, he technically can, but won't do this, because 1) When you change the position of your head what you see changes too. Works for ghosts as well x) So, for him it'll be like a roller coaster, but with no fun x) Or a slide-show with a horribly random montage 2) When he keeps head like this it gives him at least an illusion that he is still alive, so he tries not to remind himself an extra time that now his head and hands are cut off.
So it's better not to remind him of this fact, because he wouldn't mind juggling somebody else's head x)
