i like utsuho rieuji and remilia better. but then i hate the ice element so its really no surprise. besides, utsuho is funny AND crazy not to mention i love her demented expression in a fight

well cirno is an idiot, but she can minpulate cold. if she was smarter, she could technically kill anyone by chilling them to absolute zero. she just can't because she has not developed her powers to that level yet/spell card rules don't allow that. but being a fairy/immortal, she has the time to do so.

Maybe a bit, but I don't think he'd have too much trouble with her. He's gone through training that teaches him how to avoid that kind of stuff. It's going pretty good, I just have to stop being lazy and keep working on it XP
