Easter really has nothing to do with Lady Ishtar, at least directly (though I can see why you might be confused, since the symbolism of fertility and death/rebirth is indeed there, which is why I celebrate it, but the culture that created Easter was too far displaced in space and time from Mesopotamia for it to be a holiday of Ishtar's).

Crucifixion death comes from asphyxiation and exhaustion since the victim is unable to breath properly without pulling upward with their arms to relieve their hyper-expanded chest. Also securing victims to the cross with ropes was used as an additional way to fasten them when nails or spikes weren't desired.
The way you fastened Rin will cause her death. There's no doubt about it. And that's why this is wrong (unless, for some reason, you just want her to die).
