HAHAHAHAHA. She's so bad ass. Sorry. She's really not like that. She's actually very shy and quite a cry baby......Ummm. Her right arm was burned severely from a fire that supposedly she started.
She's part of a "curse" (that's what she thinks of it). Sense she was named Frances, after hurricane Frances, she was cursed to hold the power of the hurricane. She hates it and believes that magic should be illegal. >.< She wants to be freed of the curse but the only way to do so is to fight and kill the leader of the "club", Camille.
