Im doing a bunch of these colour palette challenges as cool downs theyre so great, haven't drawn percy in agesΒRelated content

So gorgeous. Love Percy underwater.
I was just thinking of this idea, if I could find takers to help me write it, partners and such.
To do a AU story, where Vanessa takes Percy, she runs it by Sally first, and raises him with her and the other 'ghoulies, monsters, witches' and so forth who live with her, making him a sea warlock and a fighter. So, by the time the lightnign thief happens, he's far more capable.
Using water like a pro, more familiar and friendly with the monsters, casting spells and wearing some neato-green seaweed, tunic/sorcerers gown.
Just future idea, I might have you draw Alternate Percy with his sister.

That sounds really cool! I feel like everyone has parts where they wish he just had a bit more skill and experience, so seeing how you can recreate those situations with him having more abilities would be awesome! I feel like they'd be way more dangerous from the start just because of his awareness of everything too
And if you ever wanted to commission me to do that I would be extremely happy too

Oh yeah, but I imagine him getting into a magic duel with Circe, as he knows her from his sister.
"My sister told me about you, how you two had a falling out of potion trading," Percy said holding up glowing hands. "And how you were a sexist witch."
"Your sister....THE DARK SPECTRE QUEEN!?" Circe bellowed.
"That's right, C.C." Percy snickered, holding up a magical shield when Circe blasted at him.

Like, Percy can turn drops of water into solid metal weapons, and coat himself in water to create a illusion disguise.
I just might, I wanna try to write something first, like a chapter of lightning thief but parodied. Maybe you could help me pick one out, and the little changes you think would go into it?
And then, I can commission you to draw sorcerer percy.
Thou I hope I can do art trades with you again, like more percy stories for more art.

"I told you not to swim so close to the sea of monster without me, Perseus!" Vanessa scolded as she poured a potion onto his bleeding arm. Percy hissed in pain, burying his face into Mira's shoulder as the potion sizzled and healed his wound.
"I didn't think Scylla could catch me!" Percy shot back in defiance.
"Of course, she always catches SIX people, no matter how fast you go past her," Vanessa reminded him as she put the bottle away. "But I suppose I'm fortunate you take your weapon lessons so seriously, and could form a sword to stab her eye."
