Ricky "Driver" Joe is known for being one of the best drivers in the world. Originating from the Midwest part of the USA, Ricky was born with the ability to dodge bullets and other fast moving objects at an incredibly unnatural speed. This ability of his proves useful when he is involved in a gunfight. He is hated by many gangs in the world, but they always underestimate his speed not only out on the roads, but also outside his car. While the police distrusts him a little bit, due to the fact that he is a vigilante, they at least consider him to be a great friend in the constant fighting against the criminal underworld. Many heroes in the world like to mock Ricky for not having "better" powers such as the ability to become giant or the ability to create explosions. However, Ricky does not care since his powers have saved his life over and over again.

TRIVIA:
- Ricky "Driver" Joe was named after a song by Home Town Hero called "Riley Joe." He was also named after one of the racers from Excitebike 64 named "Tricky" Ricky Stern. Another thing is that when Ricky is addressed as "Driver" Joe, it is actually a nod to a YouTuber named "Drivr3Joe."
- Ricky's street racing career is a huge nod to John Tanner's street racing career in the Driver series. The only difference, however, is that while Tanner moved on to be a cop, Ricky on the other hand has moved on to become a vigilante.
- The photo I used for Ricky was just an old archived photo I had on my phone. It's not really anything special.
- Ricky's birth date and birthplace are the same exact as mine, only I was born in 2003 while Ricky was born in 2033.
- Not surprisingly, Ricky has faced ridicule by many heroes for having to rely on a gun when fighting.
