Description
The second of my illustrations of the Battle of the Birds, a folk tale from a compilation called "Popular Tales of the West Highlands". Here the son of the prince (now king) escapes from a fearsome giant with the giant's daughter, who uses her sorceress' powers to slow the giant's chase and eventually kill him.This image was part of a Illustration project at my university.
