Description
An original character of mine from not only my books but several roleplays named Rakai -- one of his talents is to be able to take on the form of whatever the dominant male species of a world is, and he happens to come across a world made almost entirely of water overrun by pirates and mers. Sooo this is the body he gets to wear for a while -- I love his frills.First time doodling something inhuman, first time on a background too so dun hate meh XD

That's a fantastic design for a merman! I don't see many who can pull off a scorpion/lionfish -ish look this well. He sounds like a really awesome character as well.
