True story. I discovered Egyptology at an early age and wanted to know more, but at school it was Kings and Queens of England; learn the dates and nothing else. If I hadn't met so much negativity about what I was interested in I think my life would have been drastically different.
Dumb school had a drum kit and nobody to teach me how to play, plus I was not allowed to touch it.
