Oh. My. God. People I know claim I have artistic talent, but as I keep telling them, there are people MUCH BETTER THAN I AM. You are one of these people. The patience to draw the small individual chain links, details in the lace, subtle wrinkles in the clothing, and keeping the color palate a beautiful monochromatic blue... No way in the depths of Hades would I ever have the patience to do this level of detail.
POINTS TO ENJOY:
1) You keep the eye moving around the page with the strung beads and chains
2) The brightness of the eye becomes a focal point for the piece
3) Though skin is generally warm, the shading treatment of the skin makes it a cooler tone, making it blend perfectly with the rest of the piece.
4) The radiance of the background lighting helps distinguish Ciel from the background
The only (and I do mean only) thing that would bother me is he happens to be missing his signature ring. The family's heirloom, that is just barely too large for him, which is why he wears it on his thumb instead. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed your artistic talents.

Aww and his ring... yeahh you have sharp eyes.. I originally had it drawn but as someone suggested me earlier, I have redrawn his hands and I accidentally erased his ring on the step lol xDDDD i just realized it when you pointed it out hahah..

Color me impressed. I love the dark nature of this picture. The black pointed fingernails, the chains and the beads in addition to the very Gothic style of clothing makes for excellent impact. The glow that surrounds Ciel is amazing. I've seen Black Butler II. Is this Demon Ciel? If it is, you've captured him perfectly. If not, even more so. I always thought that Ciel's dark personality was made even darker by the fact that he wasn't supernatural. His willingness to kill anyone standing in his way, and even people he just didn't particularly like made him even more despicable at times. This was suitably offset by lighter moments like the scenes with Elizabeth in them, but Ciel has always been an extremely dark and morbid person, made even more unusual by the fact that he wasn't a Demon or a Shinigami.
In fairness, I thought the anime's plan to make him into a Demon was kind of spitting in the face of the entire plot... Kind of like an M. Night Shyamalan plot twist...

First of all, let me say a thing.
This is... totally amazing.
Really; I find it absolutely stunning, the thumbnail was enough to amaze me, then seeing the artwork in its fullsize shocked me.

Now, let's start with a more proper critique: the part that stands out the most is the face; which is done with great tecnique, you paid attention even to the smallest details, such as the little earring, the shinings in his eye, the eyelashes and the lips (these are my personal favourites, they look really soft and shiny♥). The only thing I'd point out here is that the nose blends too much with the rest of the face, you could have played a bit more with lights and shadows to define it better.
The rest of the picture is just as amazing as the face; you must have gone crazy with all those frills and decorations on his clothes! But you did a wonderful job e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
Can I say it? I actually like this outfit better than his official ones XD
The jewel on the tie and the roses on the hat are the parts I prefer, but evertything is beautifully done; I especially love how you colored it, you were able to gave the feel of the clothing's textures!

I have redrawn and changed the left hand completely now ;v; yeaa i totally agreed. but i like the other hand n nose as the way it is so I felt like leaving it.

Before reading the description i first thought this was Touka from Tokyo Ghoul and then I realized that this was a guy and that this was Ciel from Black Butler ... maybe they're long lost sibling?

Well, some people says a picture can tell over thousand words... in this case over thousand words would not be enough fully give an image of how well you've suceeded in this picture. One minor tho is the righthand, it looks abit blurry. Other than that, great work!

Ciel is indeed one helluva great character 
Ironically he is also voiced by the same guy as the protagonist in my favorite anime, Code Geass (Lelouch). Which adds irony since Ciel and Lelouch are very similar characters when it comes down to it, but here he is voice acting a kind of antagonist that's kind of a completely opposite role. That said, Grell isn't the only homosexual character this dude has voiced. (I mean he even voice acted in Vampire Knight for christs sake, and Lelouch isn't exactly masculine either) so it makes one wonder... Not that I really give a damn 
Either way, this has got to be hands down the best picture I have ever seen of Ciel, great work!! The only issue I can find with it is his lips, they seem a bit too glossy (like he's wearing lipstick) and therefore he has a slightly feminine look to him in this image. Despite actually being this manly of a character (and that's speaking physically, on the mental level he's damn macho).

This is fantastic! I love black butler and I love how this picture shows the more feminine side of Ciel that I have always seen, it is why he did so well on that dress! This defiantly reminds me of his mother and father, looks more like mother but is still handsome at the same time.

ok for one this is absoutly amazing!! Ive never seen a really well done Ceil before. The colors are absoutly awesome! The hair looks so real and the nails just wow. Im really amazed!!
