She's looks elegant, gorgeous, and very lovely! She has this air of otherworldly beauty about her. Everything is so creatively detailed! I love that's she's underwater because it tells she isn't afraid of her water element power. She takes control of it. I like the idea that she has a cool looking water dragon as her familiar too. ^^ And the way she's posing her hand and how their is swirls of water bubbles surrounding her, it looks like she's summoning her water dragon to her side. I also like the shiny crystal jewel that's held at the tip of scepter/staff, it's eye catching. Her mismatched color eyes looks mystical as well, to me, it gives her a more fantasy feel along with her attractive outfit design. I like the tint color of purple with her light golden hair and how you made her hair flowing with the currents of the water. The swaying robe that flows on her arms are a nice touch to her outfit. The light that is shining through the water makes everything look illuminating. This art work feels magical all around. It's fascinatingly radiant and enchanting. I love it~!! Good work!

Beautiful work. Excellent detail on her outfit, her familiar dragon and the work you've in with regard to the water is wonderful. The only slightly unsettling aspect in all this is her eyes with one blue and one red.
