Personality: He's mysterious and doesn't speak all that much to new people. Rheane is compassionate and warmhearted. He is patient, reliable and placid. Rheane is very sweet and has a natural charm to him. He's protective of family and will do anything to protect them. He cares very deeply about family and hates to see anyone he cares about upset. He's very thankful to WinLeo and the gang for giving him a real family and always tries to let them know by small gestures or little songs (even though he's shy about singing in front of others).

BIO:
He was living with his mom in a dilapidated part of town where he had grown up. His father walked out on them after he was born, leaving his mother to raise him. She wasn't exactly the best mom, but she raised him and fed him and gave him shelter. I was thinking that he was out after dark when his mom was at work because he was hungry and scavenging for food. Before he knew what happened, he was running from a bad guy or a scientist or something who had mutagen. He got cornered in an alley and mutated. He runs home in fear and cowers until his mother gets back. When she sees him, she loses it and begins beating on him out of fear. He panicked and fled his home. Alone and scared, he took refuge in the sewers where he meets Leo and Winter .
