Okay, I should get hit by a stick for that title, but I'm out of ideas
Sailor Neptune! I've always liked the planet Neptune... The name, the images of it... it looks really beautiful... But I didn't like Sailor Neptune that much when she first appeared.
Nowadays - about four years since I first saw Sailor Neptune and the other outer senshis - I like her more, but she's still quite far down on my "senshis to like" list ^^
THAT doesn't mean that she doesn't deserve a picture
So I don't know what's up with the pose and Heaven knows why her finger would shine like that, but now it does.

I like her... sort of. I still have my moments where I'm aggressive about her, but I appreciate her as a character and I see the point with having her (and Haruka) in the position they are.
