This was taken on the Sunday at Kitacon after the Steampunk panel.*juggern0ught 's newly created character, Pendulum Kage, cannot be seen by most humans, but he is often watching, ensuring that time is continuing on its correct path. At this particular moment, he is keeping an eye on his latest charge...Count Louis!
