I personally dislike undertale, but I really like this. The perspective still works even if its done very minimalisticly. The little flower detail, and the dark blue in the shadows are nice touches. The only thing that bothers me is how blank the background is. I would have made it a bit darker maybe? Or possibly have thrown in some less defined 'strands' or 'tentacles' (don't know what to call them). Overall, I really like this
