This is just wicked!
So very good for your first try as well 
I love the mixture of shapes and symbols, it's almost like 'town meets nature', with the winding ivy against the strong arrows, and then the abstract black shape in the bottom right hand corner, against the bubbley clouds in the top left. It's very clever! And there's so much to look at ^^
