And this is something that actually happened, too. Umm...despite the fact that I had popcorn.
The fact that I lived off of public television and only four chanels for ten years of my life got me hooked on shows like Arthur, Dragon Tales, Clifford: The Big Red Dog, and all that.
I still watch them when they come on even though we have another six-hundred channels!
And in the last two comics, that background is my actuall room!
If you look closely on the pillow of my bed, you can see my little dog Koolie!

Ahhh, that happened to me all the time. ^-^ our PBS channel was via Denver so the reception was horrible. XP Drat you conspicuously placed Colorado Springs!

That happened once when I was 4.They were playing ZOOM and when they were about to show the Fannee doolee skit the TV got static and the number 11 kept flashing.That used to scare me and make me twitch.

Finally! someone in the same boat as me!
My friends call me a dork for watching shows like Arthur and Clifford, but it sticks with you when you watched it for twelve years straight (seeing as I only had five channels until we got a satalite.)
Lol! I get like that too whenever Dragon Tales is about to come on!xD Those guys were the only reason I didn't fail Spanish!

Yes, my friends say the same thing. That's usually the reason they can't come to my house! Well, unless they like PBS. xDDD
Maya & Miguel is the reason that I got more connected with my family! >D I can speak more Spanish because of that show! Muy bien~!

I don't watch Barney, but I do watch alot of shows on PBS Kids. Mainly because I grew up on shows like that.
