I think what everyone is trying to say is, If you pull off the hair so to speak, the head isn't shaped right kinda. Add some more height to the hair and I think it will fix it...I think..

The only thing is the head looks kinda like it doesn't have a back.

But other than that, the picture is awesome. Especially the pose, it looks waay more balanced than the way you used to draw long ago. And the folds are awesome. I, like, suck at folds XD

Well, I don't know, it's as though the rest of him is normal and then his head is really thin, so his face ends up being too far back under his hair. If that makes any sense.
