Actually, I'm under the belief that this particular set of armor is worn by warriors who aren't benders. The waterbenders seemed to all wear a parka with a cloth over their nose and mouth. They looked more like ninja eskimos.

But, despite how cool those looked, you wouldn't have been able to tell it was Aden under all that clothing.

... ninja eskimos... yeah, i noticed that too... i kinda can't help it, seeing as i've seen Seige of the North at LEAST ten times. both episodes. >_< yeah i'm a nerd.

The pose, like with most of my water tribe pics, was based on a pic of myself actually doing my best attempt at Tai Chi. I have a hard time capturing the kind of fluid poses of the style when drawing purely out of my head. It also helps that Aden is about the same build as me. ^^

I have a hard time on drawing poses myself. Since I'm camera-less I have tried finding all sorts of Tai Chi Poses but none of them are the pose I'm thinking of -_-'
