This line is based on arrow crabs, pistol shrimp, pirates, coral-covered shipwrecks, and decorator crabs to some extent with the evolution wearing Corsola branches as armor! I know African piracy is more of a trademark of Somalia than Egypt (the main country Kemet is based on), but I'm going for a bit of a hodgepodge of east-African countries regardless, so I guess it checks out.
