haha just a soft green brush over the spots and set it to linear dodge or w,e fits best

Oh yeah ............. That's what I was going for. Unfortunately the original file of this is lost that's why I never did the extra glow effects I will have to take the photo from here and redo the magic. Thanks I sometimes forget about the linear dodge crap my friends hate using it though said its a cheat hahahahahaa

not rly... your just taking photoshop to your advantage. i'm not a painter myself but i'm an artist all the same. i know photoshop very well and if i did paint id use it to my advantage
