Lyra wasn't born by normal human means, She is actually the product of a 500 year old prophecy. Deep in the bowls of a underground temple, 20 priest of Talos slept... But their rest was disturbed when there mount temple began to shake and quake. The priest realized that the quakes weren't normal and the all made their way down to the source of the disturbance, The Wall of Kings. The wall was being attacked by a mighty force, but at it, but from behind it, Someone was trying to get through.

The priest were scared, the elder priest approached the wall. and dragged his hand across the ancient carvings and felt the epicenter of the quakes. A crack appeared and a light showed through and with a few more heavy strikes the cause of the quakes broke through. The being that stood before the priests surprised them all. a young naked girl that looked like she was 14 or 15 years old. The elder priest removed his cloak, and placed it on the shoulders of the child.

The priest looked into the girls' bold blue eyes and asked... "What is your name child? Where did you come from?" The girl answered the second question 1st and said "From the Stone." "As for my name... I don't have one. she said disappointed." The old priest put a hand on her shoulder and told not to worry. (Even though he was really worried about what happened.) Later on The priest would chose her name and eventually she would soon come to accept her destiny, to save All Tameriel.
