If you wanna thank me, you can do it by getting back into photomanips. Don't get me wrong, you're photography's beautiful, but I have even less to comment on that. I read your recent journal, referencing how you don't have the same love for manips anymore, and I know how rough that can be. I certainly get there with my writing, sometimes, where I look at it and wonder why I'm doing it. I think that you're definitely taking the right course by trying to shift gears back into making it about you, and what you want to say.. self-censorship is the death of good art, and a hell of a hurdle to get over.

I'm glad to hear that! I'm surprised how many people have come forward into my little corner of dA to say they completely agree with that journal. Apparently it really is a wide spread thing. I hope I am on the right course like you say, and hopefully we can all get through it! The moment you lose enjoyment in art, the moment you stop making art, and that's something I hope never fully happens to me.
