Description
My entry to ~PoltergeistNaga 's contest.
This dragon is a water elemental, but her wings are strong enough for flight if need be. Otherwise, they serve to aid her movement through the water -- along with her tail.
In my mind, she serves as a guardian within the water.
The foamy stuff protruding from her mouth is her... energy/power/what ever you want to call it.
Hopefully, I didn't miss a "must have" item from the list for the contest.
