it's really low set and makes the arm look longer than the other one, that's it lol

i don't think that's it. she has no upper arm thickness; the fold of the shirt makes her upper arm look bent. that, and the length of a person's lower arm and upper arm are approximately equal - so her wrist should be shoulder-height.
