The craziest part of all this is that, in a mercyplates scenario, Alphys would never have become the Royal Scientist, would never have started her DT experiments, and would never have made Flowey. And without Flowey, we'd never have the true pacifist ending.

Perhaps! I'm not so sure. If Gaster had been around (and still been the royal scientist), he'd surely know what Alphys was doing in the laboratory? She'd also have more support and been under less pressure, not being the head researcher.

True. He would know about what Alphys is up to, and she'd have more support, but the soul research/DT experiments were carried out following Asgore's request (if I recall correctly) so there's no reason Flowey and the amalgamates wouldn't have happened. How Alphys and Gaster would've handled that situation together makes for some speculation though!

That sky is mesmerizingly gorgeous! I love how you showed everyone's personalities and their interpersonal dynamics in this picture. The shading is also exceptionally well done; I notice you even made the light effect weaker on characters who are farther away from Asgore. Great attention to detail!

I love Asgore providing the fire for Papyrus's marshmallow, lol. I wonder who taught him that, we've only seen Gaster eat them raw, lol. So many little in-references here! The scarves, the glasses, Flowey over there not necessarily looking happy but hey he's here. The light falloff from the fire is also lovely, how it slowly gets dimmer and warmer as it goes farther out. And the sky is just gorgeous, such beautiful contrast <3
God such complicated feelings and relationships here, if you think about it. There's Gaster and the boys, of course. Then Toriel and Asgore in a post-pacifist scenario (I always assumed they stay split up, but aren't on hostile terms. But they probably don't spend a lot of time together except in groups like this lol). Then there's Flowey and his relationship with everyone else, especially the Dreemurrs, Gaster, and the kid. Then there's the kid themself, depending on how many timeline antics have gone on and what they've done in past resets (if there are any past resets). The whole picture looks so serene, but everyone here is fraught with complicated and conflicted emotions.

You know, there's one relationship that's particularly interesting to me in a scenario like that: Toriel and Gaster. I'd love to explore their relationship post pacifist/ post void. There's so much potential for conflict and interpersonal growth.

I'm really not sure what you mean. The human is the player. I wasn't sure whether to add them at first because you can choose to leave at the end of the game, but since the child has been in Handplates comics, I decided to include them, since they are definitely around in that one.

The Tableplate Au if am not wrong. I didnt follow much so am not remember each details. You can ask the artist who draw this piece.
Am just know that Frisk there and Flowey there, which mean Chara is dead and wont be in here and gaster? That bc he the main character in this Au along w all the character in this drawing through out the story.

Chara is dead, since this is taking place after the events of Undertale in a pacifist ending. Flowey is there off to the left, and Asgore is wearing the clothes you see during the end credits after a pacifist run.
