Some of the songs that helped me finish this piece.
The title is totally not from a certain OST from the Silent Hill 2 video game, winkity wink wink.
A little bit of a self portrait and a little bit of an introduction to a new character of mine. At first this was a piece I was doing because a couple friends were telling me to draw cute things, you know who you are
But then it turned into this blurb ofβ¦stuff.
So the creature/being coming out of my head is named "Wretch" he is the manifestation of the depression I once had. I actually saw Wretch in dream a long time ago, which was a strange dream...
I think the best thing about this piece isn't even part of the piece but 's comment about how I made myself look like a psychopathic killer, it was a nice compliment ^^
I did this over the span of a couple days, since school has given another essay to stress out about. But I do have a break the week after next which can give me some time to work on some Emirkson Bay pages

just..... WOW. like...i don't have anything intelligent i can add or say about this. theres just too much little delicious details and lines and teeth and twisty and even the littlethings like the leg hair and stuff. and how you use the thinner line work to create depth and shading to your work.

Oh god. Iv`e been away from deviantart for a wile, drawing sketches. Somehow they all turned out black and white with the same white contouring around the objects. Now, coming back here, I see how much the are similar to your works (only with gayish pink instead of red).Β
I guess your art inflenced me much more, than I thought. It`s so weird what our subconsciousness can make us do.
Anyway, I guess I`ll go and try to come up with something different and try not to look like a ripoff ^-^

Teeeeeth. I love creatures with lots of teeth. I'm definitely glad you were able to get through that tough stage in your life, and even though it's unfortunate, sometimes the dark parts in our lives give for great drawing inspirations.
