Though Maka looks too young to go to school(except maybe preschool)in this comic, it got me thinking: you just know Maka was the kind of student who wanted to go to school even if she were projectile vomiting, whereas Spirit was the kind of dad who wanted his baby to stay home if she scraped her knee.

I think I was shooting for preschool or Kindergarten. Oh yeah, Maka would literally be spreading the plague at school if she caught it. I think she got a lot of Spirits HOLY SHIT U HURT U MUST STAY HOME in her early childhood but as she was growing up she became more focused on academics. Maka was also that one weird kid in middle school who cared about attendence. So she started to defy her father's rules and they had a bit of a war about it.Β

No, just that Spirit becomes so manic and stressed that he's freaking out when Maka is not born immeadiately after his wife starts going into labor. I think Spirit has like very focused anxiety, mostly he's fine but there are certain subjects that worry him to death, like his child Β Β

Probably, but I think that even though we don't know much about Maka's mother that she was quite a force of nature and could stop Stien from doing shit like that if she was determined enoughΒ
