He represents evil
He is blind. However, the eye on his chest can see.
A black gew drips from the eye to protect it from the sun goddess's rays after he was blinded in a battle against her.
His tails represent 6 of 8 moon phases. The other two, the New moon and the Full moon, on his forehead.
He does wear a mask most of the time which is located on his tail.
The eyes of that mask move as though he can see.
The mask has 4 eyes.

This god is seen as the creator of the Dark forest.
