this is my project for class. the idea was to take a song, phrase, or poem that you like and try to get the essence of the song in a picture using stencil work. i used the big bang song and tried to get the idea across about sex and mystery, but also a more literal big bang of the universe.

i used hand made stencils

ground graphite

and some ground up chalk pastel
