Since Im playing with concept designs. I thought about designing the JLA movie. Since Superman has already been in place for the new movies, I've skiped him for now and went to Batman.Fixed the cape so it drapes over his body. HE can move his head. I've opened up his movement with spacing the suit. It also breaks up the GRAY parts of the suit. And it kinda looks like his underwear on the out side look by doing it this way.
ITs not perfect, could use some tweeking, but over all think it could work on film, and please the "realists" and fanboys at the same time.

It looks really good, however after all the hype and gripe about the "piping" on Supe's MoS costume making an arrow to his crotch, I'm seeing the same problem here. Other than that, the whole thing (but the ab plate) looks extremely flexible yet plated well.

Yeah I wasn't going with a crotch guard at first, but I think its kinda a vital area that needed a little extra. Part of the realism.
I had separate plates at first and it looked off. Could just make seams instead. I looked at the Arkham City suit for some reference and went with that . I figured the texture would make it look more like armor for a final look.
Wonder Woman is next and kicking my butt.

All true statements and it is a needed piece of armor. The seams would work perfect. Or change the fabric type underneath..?
WW will be cool. Can't wait!
