There's a lot about this that works really well. The gradient on the hair is a great touch and the eye effect looks great again. I'm detecting an arc type of flow or motion in the pose that I'm enjoying with the sloping ears and the hair. One thing that I would recommend could be changed is the mouth. Having the mouth just closed like it is looks odd and closes off some the emotional expression and personality that Rochelle could be giving us. Maybe she could have a slightly open mouth smile or something like that. Overall, though, a fun character piece.

Are her ears meant to be that big? And... something about the hands seems odd. I mean the pink clothing seems like it's her skin or something.

Yeah, her ears are meant to be that big. As for her the pink clothing, it's just her shirt. If it were here skin, there'd be tufts of fur on her shoulders and elbows.
