My entry for 's Exciting Eventualitys contest. The way I figure, the Brotherhood didn't just get up one day and decide to join S.H.I.E.L.D.
They wouldn't bother unless they had a reason.
No place to live seems like a good reason.

And if you're wondering where Lance is, he's out mourning the loss of his car. It exploded during the fire.
